He held several positions in the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in the fields of human resources and management consulting. He participated in developing organizational policies, analyzing institutional performance, and preparing data-driven executive recommendations. He also serves as a member of the committee reviewing applications for property ownership issued by royal decree. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) in addition to the ACHRM certification in Human Resources Management.
